In the article from T’Cha Dunlevy, in the Montreal Gazette, August 6, 2016 we can read:

“Over the next month, Kid Koala will host a series of off-the-wall events around Montreal, including: a finger-puppet- and cardboard-turntable-making workshop; a make-your-own-robot dance party; another edition of Music To Draw To, an evening of chillout tunes (from which the new album takes its name) in which attendees are invited to bring a sketch pad, journal or laptop, and use it; and culinary collaborations with ice cream shop l’Armoire à glaces, vegetarian hangout Aux Vivres and funky upscale eateries Joe Beef and Le Bremner.

All leading up to … a puppet show, Nufonia Must Fall, which doubles as a live film — recreated anew for each performance — made using four cameras, 17 miniature sets and over 50 puppets, featuring musical accompaniment by Toronto’s Afiara Quartet and Kid Koala himself on turntables, keyboards, ukulele and sound effects.” (more here)
